The term "social hiding" is new, but the phenomenon isn't—it's as old as the human brain. And the neuroscience findings are unambiguous. Life Beyond the Armor named it, built a framework around it, and proved the model before launching.
There was a time when everyone thought theirs was the only dysfunctional family—ashamed, they kept it secret and put up a good front. Then someone invented the term, and the world changed. Now "dysfunctional family" is part of everyday language and people are comfortable talking about their experience.

As we grow, memberships will expand to include the Life Beyond the Armor ebook, webinars, and more—all currently underway.
Community building will take place through chats on the Skool platform, group coaching sessions will take place online.
